The art of inspiration.
Misty Copeland is an outstanding person. Why? Well, there are several reasons to call her so. She was the first woman of African-American origin to become a principal dancer at the American Ballet Theater. Recently, she finished working on a great art project known as Edgar Degas: A Strange New Beauty. With the help of NYC Dance Project, Misty recreated some of Edgar Degas' most famous paintings, thus proving that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.
Misty's body language is flawless, yet she confessed that bringing paintings to life was really difficult. However, we think that Misty is too modest as she really met the challenge. What do you think?
