It’s also a myth. A research from the American Board of Medicine Journal shows that there is no connection between cracking knuckles and arthritis. Arthritis is a typical disease of 50-89 years of age groups.
It’s a complex disease and sugar is not the main cause of diabetes. Still The American Diabetes Association believe that too much sugar can increase the risk but there is no direct evidence that sugar can cause diabetes, so to avoid the disease you don’t have to cut sugar off from your diet.
