How to deal with pop-ups and annoying ads?

QuizzClub team tries to choose our advertising partners carefully, but sometimes you can see pop-ups or strange advertisement generated by malicious software from unfair advertisers. In this case, please inform us as soon as possible so we can fix the problem.

To resolve the issue, please contact us here http://quizzclub.com/contactus and select the subject "Annoying Pop-ups and Ads". Describe the problem in detail in the message section. It would be also very helpful if you could send us a screenshot of the annoying ad or pop-up and its URL.

How do I take a screenshot?

Windows:

Windows 8 or 10 captures the entire screen and saves it as a file to your Pictures > Screenshots folder. Just hold down the Windows key and press PrtScn.

If you have previous version of Windows, follow these steps:

1. Click the window that you want to copy.

2. Press Alt + PrtScn. It captures the currently active window and copies it to the (invisible) clipboard.

3. The screenshot is in the clipboard now. Start "Paint" or other graphic editor and past the screenshot into a document by pressing Ctrl + V.

4. Save the file to your PC.

5. Attach the file to your message.

Mac:

1. Hold down the command (⌘) button and Shift and 4.

2. Find the screenshot as a .png file on your desktop.

3. Attach the file to your message.

Android:

1. Hold down the Volume Down button (the Home button on some devices) and the Power button for 1-2 seconds.

2. The screen flashes white. Your device captures the entire screen and saves it as a photo.

3. Look for a Screenshots folder in your Gallery or Photos app.

iOS (iPad, iPhone or iPod touch):

1. Hold down the Sleep/Wake button, then immediately press and release the Home button.

2. The screen flashes white. Your device captures the entire screen and saves it as a photo.

3. You can find your screenshots in the Photos app.

How do I copy the URL of the page?

Windows:

1. Place your cursor on the address bar and highlight the link by clicking on it or dragging your cursor over the link.

2. Right-click the highlighted link and select the "Copy" option or press Ctrl+C.

3. Place your cursor where you want to paste the link, right-click and select "Paste" or press Ctrl+V (Windows).

Mac:

1. Place your cursor on the address bar and highlight the link by clicking on it or dragging your cursor over the link

2. While holding down the ⌘ Command key, press the C key to copy the link.

3. Place your cursor where you want to paste the link, press the ⌘ Command key again and hold it down, then press the V key.

On a mobile device:

1. Open your preferred mobile Internet browser.

2. Locate the address link you would like to copy.

3. Tap the address bar once to highlight all of the text contained within it.

4. Long press the highlighted text and select "copy".

5. Once you've copied the link, you can paste it anywhere by long pressing the field where you want to paste the text and selecting “paste”.
