The twoimportant factors here are that whatever they eat most of it is produced locally and not processed much before it gets to the family kitchen.

Very interesting! Going back to basics help. What about the polluted air and water supply? And then, the prevalence of non-organic foods! At the end of the day, we are what we eat. We should be responsible for our health by making the right food and food supplement choices.

My ONLY PLEASURE out of life is my food & wine. I do make all of my dish's from scratch. But give up eating, most of the food like meats and pasta, l don't think SO .
