How to make a rainbow rose cake?

Roses are red and violets are blue… Well, in fact roses can be blue too. And THIS edible rose can be any color you want.

What you need:

6″ round cake; 8″ round cake board; 1.7kg sweet buttercream (100g red; 130g orange; 170g yellow; 450g green; 450g blue; 400g purple)

Turntable; piping bag; spatula; scraper, no. 125 Piping tip.
