I can't imagine my life without coffee, but there is always one question on my mind: how does it really affects my body and my brain?

This flavorsome beverage has been both adored and hated for centuries. Once it was blamed to cause impotence and madness, other times it was called a “gift from heaven”. Heavy stuff. In fact, coffee is not harmful to your health. It boosts your physical performance and helps you to lose weight. Drink coffee and you will reduce risks of type 2 diabetes and dementia.

I love my java and the day I do not drink it I develop a stupor like headache. This is easily relieved by a nice cup of either expresso or regular coffee. It has never affected my sleep, even when I drink it at night. Can not live without it, is it an addiction to caffeine? Maybe, possibly but I still love it and have no intention of leavng it!!!☕️

Yeah, Ernesto, the headache is most likely caffeine withdrawal. I get them too. I drink coffee all day long and still sleep like a log. But on weekends I get busy with other stuff, don't drink much coffee and often get that low grade headache. The great thing is the antidote to the headache is a cup of coffee!
