Japanese artist creates unbelievable food sculptures

The Japanese artist Gaku carves amazing patterns from vegetables and fruits following the Japanese tradition of mukimono, which is the art of decorative garnishes. Due to the fact that the material for his art is food after creating these food masterpieces he eats them later, so only photos can keep this sculptures live and show there is a master hand here.
