Obesity is a very large cause of Type 2 diabetes. Type 1 is more of a genetic thing. And I do know that since I stopped cracking my knuckles they are a lot less stiff. And yes, too much of anything is bad, but they are making it sound like milk just doesn't do anything beneficial.
