I actually knew the answers. the average 8th grader today might be able to memorize the answers for a test, but would have no idea how to put any of it into context. Thank you "No child left behind"!

There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY, this is a middle school History test...I'm not bragging that I'm REALLY smart, but this is SIMPLY TOO Hard to be so...One answer, I admit I didn't take the time to process it, but other than that, NOPE...Muslim Scholars contribution to science ?? B.S...Never heard of the white sea, AT LEAST in 7th and 8th Grade..Never heard of the Atacama desert, at least not in 7th and 8th grade...3 out of 4 answers for who built machu picchu...Aztec, maya,inca...Not a middle school question...Obviously egyptians didn't do it !! Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think so ?? !! I Welcome anyone to let me know Y I am wrong, cuz I could be :):)

I think it was a valid test, combining Geography with World History.

I'm sorry to say that I only got 8 of 13; 62%. To me that's failing, but the moderator's say that's a passing grade. Test is tougher than I thought.

Several of these questions were not a matter of history so should not have been in this quiz. Also, the vast majority of this dealt with American "history", so mostly irrelevant. (Despite this, I got almost all correct.)
