What if personal relationships between animals were as tender as those of humans? Well, I believe this story proves they can be such. See yourself!
Republic of Kenya in Africa is famous for its national parks, inhabited by a large population of wild animals, including lions. Every day park specialists monitor their health, providing all necessary assistance.
During one of the inspections, the experts found the young lioness injured her leg probably during the last hunt. To take care of the paw it was necessary to immobilize her with a tranquilizer dart. Anyway, they faced an unexpected problem: a young lion that was with the lioness began to pull the dart out of the weakening friend, trying to help her.
Finally the lioness fell asleep so the specialists could treat the wound. Then the vets put on a collar with a tracking device and released the lioness to the wild, where her friend was waiting for her.
