A notable target of Nazi hunters in real life and in movies Josef Mengele was a former German that worked for Hitler and avoided authorities after the war. He is a main character played by Gregory Peck in the 1978 film, "Boys from Brazil". He was called the "Angel of Death", and was actively sought in various South American countries by Mossad and Nazi hunters, Simon Wiesenthal and Serge and Beate Klarsfeld.

Within the movie, Dr. Josef Mengele (Peck) clones Adolf Hitler 95 times, and hopes to raise young boys into men in Brazil, giving them childhoods identical to Hitler's. His ultimate plan is to create a band of Nazi leaders that can continue where Hitler left off. They are to become the Fourth Reich. Ezra Lieberman (Laurence Olivier), a Nazi hunter, learns of the plan and is determined to put an end to Mengele and his plan. When the two meet face-to-face in the home of one of the Hitler clones, it is up to the boy (Bobby) to choose who he will assist.

Overall with this movie, it is surely is the harsh conflict between hated enemies Peck and Olivier that runs the show. Does the feeble old Nazi hunter Olivier triumph over the ultimate evil of Gregory Peck? Must see the film to get the answer.
