What movie other than "Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King" and "Titanic" has won 11 Academy Awards?
Ben-Hur was the first movie in 1959 to win 11 academy awards. It established the record that the next two have tied.
Some of the Academy Awards won by Ben-Hur include: Best Picture, Best Director (Wyler), Best Actor in a Leading Role (Heston), Best Actor in a Supporting Role (Griffith), and Best Cinematography, Color (Surtees). This accomplishment was not equaled until Titanic did it in 1997. Finally, when The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King received its awards in 2003, it also accomplished what the other two films had done.
Ben-Hur also won three Golden Globe Awards, including Best Motion Picture – Drama, Best Director and Best Supporting Actor – Motion Picture for Stephen Boyd.

Good question and choices. I'm old enough to have seen Ben-Hur, and it held the 11-win distinction alone for a very long time.

I saw that movie when my family lived in Cleveland in 1959. We moved to California in January 1961 and never looked back.

I saw Ben Hur when it came out and I've watched it at least once a year since then, I saw Titanic once and wished I could have gotten the three hours of my life back, unbelievable!
