On 6 February 2017 she became the first British monarch to celebrate a sapphire jubilee, commemorating 65 years on the throne.

I agree with the many who believe the provided answer to be wrong. From what I read, she was named Alexandrina Victoria at birth but was called Victoria, or even Vicky, up to the point she was crowned as Queen, at which time she ordered 'Alexandrina' to be dropped from her official name. The name Queen Victoria was known by before she became Queen Victoria was Victoria.
