Where is the US military base of Al Udeid situated?
America’s Al Udeid Air Base is located in Qatar. The base is technically Qatari property playing host to the forward headquarters of US Central Command and hosts about 11,000 US personnel.
The base, it is claimed, has been significant in the fight against the Islamic State (IS) extremist group in the Middle East.
It was revealed in a report published in October 2017 that about 100 US planes operated from Al Udeid. They included C-17 cargo jets and KC-135 Stratotankers, famous as the Air Force’s “flying gas stations.”

Ray Zagata, there appears to be a current day strong affinity to that end when you consider the proliferation of swastikas displayed at certain political rallies.
