In 2015, the world’s largest corn maze had a design fit for champions. Richardson Adventure Farm, a Spring Grove, Illinois based farm was home to the 2015 world's largest corn maze. The farm had made a last minute switch in its design that year. Changing it from an Alice in Wonderland tribute, the design was changed to honor the 2015 Stanley Cup Champions.

George Richardson said the corn maze is normally cut into the field before the hockey season is over, but heavy rainfall in 2015 delayed the process. So, when they finally won the Stanley Cup, Richardson called his maze designer. He said, "I know you’re going to kill me, but could we switch our entire corn maze design." The farm was then given 2 days to submit their new design and sure enough, it worked.

With approval, the maze was cut into 28 acres and featured the Blackhawks logo, two hockey players, the Chicago skyline and “Champions 2015.” In total, more than 9 miles of trails were made part of the maze in Spring Grove.
