Which artist did not sing a James Bond soundtrack?

The James Bond film series from Eon Productions has had numerous signature tracks over the years, many of which are now considered classic pieces of film music. The best known of these pieces of music is the ubiquitous "James Bond Theme."

Janis Joplin never sang a James Bond theme tune. Rita Coolidge sang "All Time High" in Octopussy. Marvin Hamlisch's (music) and Carole Bayer Sager's (lyrics) "Nobody Does It Better" was performed by Carly Simon in The Spy Who Loved Me which received a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Original Song. Bill Conti's "For Your Eyes Only", which was performed by Sheena Easton in the film of the same title was also a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Original Song.
