Which one of the Beatles was also a TV voice actor?

There's more to Ringo Starr than his drumming abilities. It turns out that he's a voice actor too. Courage the Cowardly Dog is a children's cartoon featuring a dog getting into supernatural adventures. Three of the recurring characters on the show are the Duck Brothers. They're a trio of alien siblings who tend to argue a lot. And they just happen to be voiced by former Beatles drummer Ringo Starr.

I played Yellow Submarine and I asked my then 4 year old son who was singing, very quickly he said Thomas, which of course was correct as its Ringo. I was well impressed.

Starr was the storyteller/narrator for the children television program ‘Thomas and Friends’ from 1984-1986 a role that would later be occupied by George Carlin and then Alec Baldwin. He also appeared for two seasons as ‘Mr. Conductor’ on the Thomas offshoot ‘Shining Time Station.’ His departure from ‘Thomas’ was attributed to a renewed focus on his solo music.
