Clinton "Clint" Eastwood Jr. was born on the 31st of May, 1930. He became a well-known American actor, musician, filmmaker and political figure. After earning success in the Western TV series Rawhide, he rose to international fame with his role as the Man with No Name in Sergio Leone's Dollars trilogy of spaghetti Westerns during the 1960s, and as antihero cop Harry Callahan in the five Dirty Harry films throughout the 1970s and 1980s. These roles, among others, have made Eastwood an enduring cultural icon of masculinity.

He was also the mayor of Carmel By The Sea from 1986 to 1988.

The Outlaw Josey Wells, & Unforgiven are two of my favorite Westerns! 🍷

Antihero? Are you kidding? He upheld the law all the time, as in "Dirty Harry", as well in "Magnum.Force". In both cases, he enforced the law! What he was not in accord to, was, and is, the corrupted ways to manage the law by the judges, liutenants, and cheefs, whom proteted the maffia and evil, or even worse, participated with. We need to be more wise and clever, in order to evaluate correctly the political D.N.A. of Clint Eastwood's roles.
