Who is this?

Rajiv Ratna Gandhi (20 August 1944 – 21 May 1991) was the Prime Minister of India, from 1984 to 1989. He took office after the 1984 assassination of Indira Gandhi.

Gandhi was a scion of the Nehru–Gandhi family, which is prominent in politics. Gandhi attended college in Great Britain. He returned to India in 1966 and became a professional pilot for the state-owned Indian Airlines. By the way, initially he didn't want to be engaged in politics, but later became the most popular prime minister of the country, also being the youngest one.On the 21st of May, 1991, he was assassinated. Rajiv was campaigning for the Congress Party, when a hidden bomb exploded and killed him.

Rajiv Gandhi was assassinated by a member of the Tamil Tigers,who was a woman.The bomb was set off as he embraced her.'Assassin' is not an Indian word or cult.It stems from a Persian Sekt of Islam (Ismailis) from Alamut in Persia.The 'Ashashims' as they were known were feared by their enemies for carrying out the murder of their Political enemies till they were destroyed by the Mongols in the 12th Century.

There was NEVER, (at least, not a publicly-known SanJEEV Gandhi! The guy you referred to, was, actually, called SanJAY, - SON of INDIRA, - thus, GRANDSON of one of the FOUNDERS of modern India, JAWARHALAL "PANDIT" NEHRU!
