Why does Guinness Book of Records call the 1927 presidential election in Liberia the most fraudulent election ever recorded?

General elections were held in Liberia in 1927. In the presidential election, the result was a victory for Charles D. B. King of the True Whig Party, who was re-elected for a third term after defeating Thomas J. Faulkner of the People's Party.

The elections were referred to as "the most rigged ever" by Francis Johnson-Morris, a modern head of the country's National Elections Commission, and also made it into the Guinness Book of Records as the most fraudulent ever, as despite there being fewer than 15,000 registered voters, King received around 243,000 votes, compared to 9,000 for Faulkner.

Mark Ann Dubaz, Are you kidding? Let me take a break to stop laughing before I continue. Whew! I'm ready. It is the GOP who are responsible for most election tampering. The gerrymandering and voter disenfranchisement by the GOP are an enormous problem in the US. It was also a conservative Supreme court that blocked recounts in our last election. Oh, yeah. Then there are the bills submitted by the Democratic majority in the House to protect our elections from foreign interference that are sitting on Republican, Mitch McConnell's desk, that he will not submit to the Senate for a vote. That's right. Moscow Mitch doesn't believe we need to safeguard our electkons, especially since both he and Drumpf are in a menage with Putin. If you can offer one single piece of documented evidence to support your comment, I'll eat my hat, but thanks for the laughs.

Mark Ann Dubaz, Mark Wheeless, Voter fraud is not the same as election tampering by the Russians. Voter fraud by the electorate in US elections is virtually nonexistent. If you can offer proof of even as many as 100 fraudulent votes in the last presidential election, i would love to see your sources.
