25 years of producing cacao then the tree quits? How many years does it take to mature to production? Does the tree then sit around taking up space after its 25 years or is there a reason for them to be kept around—like great leaf taste or wood that builds strong houses?

Nancy Gardner, Ugh. White chocolate is made with a blend of sugar, cocoa butter, milk products, vanilla, and a fatty substance called lecithin. Technically, white chocolate is not a chocolate.
