Technically holly doesn't flower in winter, that's when it has its fruit, the flowers are earlier in the year.

Honeysuckle was a wild spring flower in Georgia where I lived for 25 years. Back in Michigan I don’t see it, except in the occasional cultivated garden. The smell of it is wonderful.

Judy Wilson, I do too. Years ago my grandparents had a screened in front porch with honeysuckle growing up both sides. It smelled heavenly!!

teresab, I love them too... I have all colors. I have a yuletide camellia that I bought a couple years back and it only blooms in November and December close to Christmas... It is red...
