I drink coffee and tea mainly for the caffeine although I like the taste of them as well. It doesn't hurt you unless you drink too much of it.

I like lemon water but only drink it when out for dinner...otherwise it's just the plain old water for me, lol

#6 acid lemon juice, actually when you consider it nearly all drinks are acidic tea (tannic acid), citrus acid in citrus fruit juices, lactic acid in milk, the list goes on and on, a dentist once told me that the only drink suitable for teeth was plain water, and I think most doctors would agree for the rest of the body! (And if it is sparkling water it will be carbonic acid!)

I agree with #4 green juice. You can eat all the fruits or vegetables. It gives the fibers, and since it is concentrated it has more calories than you expect.
