Your number 3 is very ambiguous. A bag weighing 294 weighs 294 anyway you divide it. And where did 42 come from 1/6 of 294 is 49.

Bobbie May, It was that guy pulling the rickshaw! He was using it to carry his shovel, rope, lead pipe and duct tape. But the victim saw all this and had a heart attack. So the perp didn't have to do anything and just left him there. But he would be easy to find by following the tracks in the snow. His plan B was to ditch the rickshaw and tool around in the wheel chair so no one would suspect him.

#3 says it is divided BY 1/6 of its weight which makes it 6 pounds. NOT 49 or 42. 294/6 = 49. So the divisor is 49, not 6. Divide 294 by 49 (like the riddle says) and you get 6.

For those wondering about the footprints, this is what I’m thinking. The footprints are the dead man who was walking in front of the person in the wheelchair so his footprints would be between the wheel prints. The person in the wheel chair killed him and looking in the rear view mirror and backed out of the field in the same tracks, which probably took a really long time. Lol
