Have always thought: if evolution really worked, mothers would have a half dozen or so more arms and hands! (Though they’d look pretty goofy!!)

It's much easier to give birth in a squatting position and let gravity do it's job than to suffer countless hours on your back. I know this from experience.

YES! It is time for men to start giving birth. This way we would have less people on the planet, and mothers would be truly appreciated. I am one.

Evolution has made many mistakes over the millennia, why should it get it right with us. Actually I find it remarkable that there are so many considering how painful and dangerous giving birth is!

Indeed, lots of shortcomings and design defects looking at the current state of evolution! Some more are the presence of vestigial organs like the Appendix on the Caecum & the Coccyx, or the Tail bone .....

I am so far advanced genetically that I had only one wisdom tooth. I put Brown's Mule chewing tobacco on the tooth eruption to take away the pain. I kept that tooth until I was 50 years old.
