Oh dear and to think me and my kid brother used to smoke cinammon sticks when we were about the age of 12-14. He is 82 and I am 78 and still here to tell the tale. Get on with it life is too short to worry about everything in detail.

Both soy sauce and black licorice make me ill. I don’t drink pop or coffee. I love cinnamon I stick to the Ceylon. Lots of foods are bad in excess. I get diarrhea from eating wheat but I can eat a dozen or more prunes and have no problem. Unique responses? I have no idea.

M Renz, I also drink one mug of coffee with a drop of Silk hazelnut almond cream almost every morning and that’s it. It helps keep headaches @ bay.
