I try to walk as much as I can at work, between jobs. I keep track of my steps with my phone and now i have a fit bit also. Biggest problem is my feet really hurt by the time i get home! But i average between 2 and 3 miles a day, so i guess that's good! And i drink lots and lots of water! I only drink water and several cups of coffee!

That 6 hours a day should have probably said 6 hours a week. I walk about 7 miles a day, and that only takes a total of about 3 hours.
