The plot is about Alan Turing, a British mathematician, joins the cryptography team to decipher the German enigma code. With the help of his fellow mathematicians, he builds a machine to crack the codes.

And his thanks from a grateful Great Britain for shortening the war by several years and saving possibly millions of lives was to be chemically castrated for being a homosexual. This eventually led to his suicide. SMH
