Aliquippa, Kent, Wheeling & Pymatuning Reservoir are all parts of what American super-region?

The Cleve-Burgh is so named not only for the relative proximity of Cleveland OH & Pittsburgh PA but their common blue collar economic histories, notably steel production, coal mining & manufacturing, which in turn brought in waves the same kinds of immigrants (Italian, German, Scotch-Irish, eastern European) to the Cleve-Burgh. While it will be eternally debatable just what makes the Cleve-Burgh, West Virginia's North Panhandle (where Wheeling is) belongs, & West Virginia University in Morgantown annually has large contingents of undergraduate students from northeast Ohio & western Pennsylvania.

Aliquippa PA is on the Ohio River close to WV & OH. Devastated by the closure of its last steel mill, the city's High School Fighting 'Quips football team have been equally devastating & a perennial source of civic & regional pride, think Mike Ditka & Darrelle Revis.

Kent OH & its county (Portage) are bucolic compared to the adjacent Cleveland 'sub-regions' Akron (Summit, west - uploaded photo is downtown Akron) & Youngstown (Mahoning, east). Akron, birthplace of many tire brands, is nicknamed the Rubber Capital of the World. Youngstown, equidistant from Pittsburgh & Cleveland, had a Chevrolet plant & steel mill during the Pittsburgh steel heyday.

The Pymatuning Reservoir is on the OH-PA border; it is famous for the thousands of carp sticking their heads out of the water. Visitors have to buy the feed from the park.
