One other quiz had TN as bordering the most states of the choices, so this was easy since there was only one answer with TN.

Former St. Louisan here. The state line runs down the middle of the river. And the question doesn’t ask whether you can stand straddling the state line; it only asks where the state borders are in relation to other states.

I had no idea what this question meant. I read it over and over and still had no idea. I had to use majority.

I seriously hated the wording.

Technically the state of Missouri does not touch Illinois nor Tennessee. The Mississippi River keeps them separated. Unless you are talking about the riverbed underneath the river. You can not stand with one foot in Missouri and the other in neither Illinois nor Tennessee, Unless you can tell me where specifically where you can do this feat you are wrong. Where are the so called oversight committee on this huge error?
