Fred Rompelberg achieved the world record for what?

This Dutch cyclist has set several world cycling records. He is mainly known for his eleven world records as well as for taking several attempts to break the Absolute World Speed Record Cycling.

This guy is tough! He became a pro-cyclist in 1971 (he still has a pro-license) and this fact makes him the world's oldest active pro-cyclist. Our respect!

Mark Ann Dubaz, but a wind shield attached to a dragster means Fred was rode the bike. Scary at that speed but he was just a rider. I would like to know what a human powered bike top speed could be.
