How long did the O.J. Simpson trial last?
At the end of a sensational trial, former football star was acquitted of the brutal double murder of his eх-wife, and her friend. In the epic 252-day trial, his team of lawyers employed creative and controversial methods and, actually, managed to convince jurors that their client's guilt had not been proved! Do you remember the case? What do you think about it?

Guilty as sin!

Guilty as sin. There was never any doubt in my mind that he murdered Nicole and Ron. He got off, because of who he was.

I always asked, who else had motive? Why didn't her dog bark? Because dog knew O.J. why was Ron"s blood found in Bronco? Those r just a few things to ponder.
Scott Wright
Yeah its actually ignorant for anyone to think of OJ as anything other than guilty and also look at the picture of him trying on the gloves while he wears other protective gloves underneath and also flexes his hands wide open, That was nothing more than a huge dog and pony show at the taxpayers as well as Ron and Nicoles expense!

Innocent until proven guilty usually works for people with money. Most innocent poor people are guilty until judged guilty, and mostly trials without jurys.

$ buys anything and these lawyers are just as guilty. They played a game at the cost of O J and used him and those victims for fame and profit. Real justice never plays out in any court room., its like everything else. And the people of California got to pay for just another real life mini series.

Even if a defense attorney knows that his/her client is guilty, said defense attorney has an obligation to provide the best defense to the accused and force the prosecution to prove its case "beyond a reasonable doubt". Hate the system if you like, but a defense against alligations is one of your rights as an American.

Guilty! You cannot put gloves over rubber gloves at all! They won’t roll on over it! That was a great tactic by his lawyers!
Helena Havelock
The prosecutors and jurors as well, it seems to me.

Biggest travesty of justice in the 20th century.

Prosecuters choked they didn't ask the right questions and the defense lawyers just ate them up. Prosecuters couldn't nail Simpson because they couldn't get a valid location of where he was when the murders were occuring. To much doubt was spread as to where Simpson was at the time of murders. No doubt he did it but Lance Ito the Jude alowed to many sidebars by each team and the cameras in the courtroom simply didn't help the prosection Marsha Clark and team were totally overmatched. TV camera's stationed outside courtroom made everyone think it was a circus going on in there. Might as well have had the clowns and the horses going round and round as that's exactly what the lawyers were doing day after day. Glad the families of the victims got the civil judgment awarded but he has yet to pay it off and probably never will.

Sheila Kilgallon, ....Where is that? Free to live his life? Is that where he belongs?

Carroll Price, He is! On every golf course in the US....

jhunt, ...No, he was found "Not Guilty". In law, there is no verdict of "innocent". But he WAS found guilty in the civil suit, but he ran to a state that doesn't allow for garnishments.

I can't believe no one questioned that the LEATHER gloves didn't fit because they shrank after being soaked with blood. Biggest farce ever.
jhunt
Doesn’t matter he was found innocent

Yes, the case where being black became a criminal defense! If only there were an actual 'race card', I'd be the first in line to BURN IT!
Corey Taylor
Less than ten years after his acquittal, three members of the so-called 'Dream Team' were dead from cancer, including Shapiro and Cochran. The weed of crime bears bitter fruit!
Pat Wells
He got away with murder, so a killer is still on the loose. Disgusting.
Carl Belken
To me, it seemed a lot longer than 252 days.
Howard Groopman
He eventually committed another heinous crime and got his just desserts, but now he's playing golf in Florida with his rich friends and living the good life.
Carroll Price
O. J. says he's gonna track down the REAL killer.

Bill Coe, Maybe, that is why I chose 100. The correct answer seemed a very long time to me. Thank you, Christine, James's wife
