How many Leap Years were there between 1890 and 1910 (inclusive)?
Normally, a year is a leap year if it is divisible by 4, but a year which ends "00" is only a leap year if it is divisible by 400. That's the difference between the Julian and Gregorian calendars, so 1900 wasn't a leap year, but 2000 was. The next "00" leap year isn't until 2400.
