Anthony Kennedy 79 born 7/23/ 1936
Ruth Bader Ginsburg 82 born 3/15/1933
Breyer and Ginsburg appointed by President Clinton
Kennedy and Scalia appointed by President Reagen

Stupid, stupid question. Obviously there are 9 supreme court justices. Perhaps when this question was submitted there were 8 following Scalia's death. If was supposed to be a joke or a trick, it wasn't. This question should never have been posted.
