How many wars have India and Pakistan fought against each other?

I still say 1. They never stopped, they just took breaks.

Pakistan and India had fought three major wars, 1st in 1947-48 in that war Pakistan occupied some part of Kashmir with the help of tribal areas.

The Global conflict tracker says "Territorial disputes over the Kashmir region sparked two of the three major Indo-Pakistani wars in 1947 and 1965, and a limited war in 1999." 1971 was predominantly to do with the independence of Bangladesh from Pakistan. Though it did involve some conflict on the borders. The answer, in part, depends on how a war is defined. That would give answers ranging fro 1 to 4, or maybe more.

Coming to the said Question recently the Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan in his Country's 75th Independence Day Celebrations he did mention that Pakistan fought Three Wars against India..sadly here the answer given is 4..

This is wrong. There were only 2 wars between India and Pakistan. 1947 war was against the British rule. Pls get your facts right.

Iswardew Matai, First, this is such a subjective question. It depends on who's defining what a war is. Where do you draw the line between border skirmishes and military engagements and all-out war? But more directly to Matai's comment—What were the "three" divisions left by the Brits? My history says India and Pakistan were the divisions, and that was due to local political preferences, not Brit preferences. Much later Bangladesh broke away, again due to local political preference, not due to any Brit manipulation. Too many current residents of the subcontinent tend to blame the Brits for any and all problems. Matai, you are reading and writing in a website conducted in English. That language makes you a citizen of the world. You could express a little gratitude for the Brits having left you a language that allows communication across the vast breadth and length of the subcontinent. Without the English language, there would probably be dozens of political divisions there (as it always was before the Brits arrived) rather than the three you complain the Brits left you. PS—I'm not British, but I try to present a fair assessment of history.
