If you order "Tortilla" in Spain, what ingredient will it not contain?
In Spanish "tortilla" just means "small torta", or "small cake". But this "small cake" in Spain is very different from that found in Mexico. The Spanish tortilla is otherwise known as a Spanish omelette, made from eggs, potatoes and (usually) onions. So, flour can not be found there!
