It is the Coke bottle shape, but it is not trademarked. Coca-Cola lost the bid to trademark it in 2016 and the article that the answer is based on was written in 2015

You cannot tell if that shape if fluted or not. The original fluted shape was protected but the later one was not. Not an easy question to answer when one does not know it the bottle is fluted or not.
