I worked at Chicago's Federal complex, so of course I knew the answer. As for Wright, my stepdaughter's old dorm at the U of Chicago was right across the street from Robie House, which we toured.

It didn’t surprise me that a lot of People answered the question: “Frank Lloyd Wright” as he steadfastly adhered to the principles of “Miles”. California is full of great examples of this style. A very famous restaurant in Big Sur was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright . . . Nepenthe is more or less a “Hamburger Stand” nestled on a hilltop, in a Grove of natural flora and fauna. Nothing in the building draws your attention from the Master Creator and Architect . . . God.
