Vienna is the capital of which country?

Vienna, German Wien, city and Bundesland (federal state), the capital of Austria. Of the country’s nine states, Vienna is the smallest in area but the largest in population. Vienna lies in the northeastern corner of Austria, between the foothills of the Alps and the Carpathians. Until the beginning of the 20th century, Vienna was the largest German-speaking city in the world, and before the splitting of the Austro-Hungarian Empire in World War I, the city had 2 million inhabitants.

Given the frequent confusion between Austria and Australia (I kid you not) the inclusion of Australia can be understood. But the Austerlitz empire????

Easy question, but I have to go and find that country "Austerlitz" lol. I can't believe Vienna was the largest German-speaking city with only two million inhabitants. I think Berlin was bigger. I have to Google this one! 🙄
