What continent has the highest average IQ?
All the people who live in Antarctica are generally scientists. Several countries have research stations set up in Antarctica for things ranging from geology to astronomy. Since by multinational treaty no single country owns it, it's a good place for multinational research. That makes all the people constantly living on the continent the smartest community on the planet.

There are no permanent residents in Antarctica, so this continent should not be an answer choice. I agree about the scientists however.

That was a bogus answer! Scientists may stay in Antarctica & study it but they are NOT residents. As far as I know, there are no permanent residents in Antarctica. I gave this a thumbs down.

I challenge this question! There are no permanent residents in Antarctica. The people who spend time there are all researchers living there temporarily while working on a research project. Therefore, with no permanent residents, the continent cannot be a possible answer. And this is a Quiz that I paid for to get extra points. Getting conservative correct answers gives me a higher score. A penalty to the Quizzclub!

Read "Big Dead Place". It was written by someone who is not a scientist working at McMurdo Station. A lot of people work there who are mechanics,cooks,maintenance etc. Most don't stay for the winter (June-Sept.) but it's a busy place during the summer season.
