Thomas Crapper (baptised 28 September 1836; died 27 January 1910) was a plumber and the founder of Thomas Crapper & Co in London. Many believe that Crapper was the inventor of the flush toilet, but that's definitely wrong. However, Thomas did invent something to popularize the toilet. The ballcock, for example, was one of his useful inventions. Thomas' products were always believed to be of a high quality, and the talented plumber even received several royal warrants. Nowadays London's tourists still continue visiting places connected with Thomas and his work.
