What does "Bespoke" mean?
"Bespoke" is an adjective in British English that indicates that something has been custom made. It is derived from the verb bespeak, to speak for something. The use of this term in fashion originated among the tailors of London's Savile Row, where cloth for custom-made suits was said to be spoken for, or reserved for an exclusive client. In modern usage, it can refer to anything that has been customized or made to order.

It is an adjective as you say but dictionary.com gives as its first definition the past tense of bespeak. It can be both a verb and an adjective but you didn't specify its definition as an adjective. I chose "discussion" because it was the closest to the true meaning. English varies throughout what was once the British Empire and you aren't taking that into account and not being specific about that. We don't speak British English in the USA. Neither do Australians, the Scots or the Irish. British English was the beginning but it's certainly not the standard despite what the conceited Brits say. They chose to make words longer than necessary such as the word “programme.” We don’t. Perhaps this is part of the reason England is no longer a world power.
