What flag is this?

Free France and its Free French Forces (French: France Libre and Forces françaises libres) were the government-in-exile led by Charles de Gaulle during the Second World War and its military forces that continued to fight against the Axis powers as one of the Allies after the fall of France. It was set up in London in June 1940 and also organised and supported the Resistance in occupied France.

I don't get why everyone (most of the posts) is whining. Did they miss it? Clearly, this question (in my mind) was an opportunity to get the question right by using a 50/50 hint. Obviously, its not rocket surgery when you figure out that it wasn't The Netherlands or Luxembourg, Just move on to the next question already.

The Cross of Lorraine was originally used as a symbol to reclaim provinces lost to Germany in the Franco-Prussian war., so made sense that it was used by the Free French to reclaim France from the Nazis in WWII.
