For those whom don't know the diamond is the birthstone for April. Sapphire is the birthstone for September and opal is the birthstone for October. Nothing else. I'm a gemologist.

Charli Robinson, Yes, for real, the diamond sapphire is also an April birthstone. My 42-year-old daughter was born April 4th, and she's always preferred the diamond sapphire to the pure diamond.

birdofprey, Really? They have a listing of a birthstone for a specific day in April? Never heard that before. My mom's birthday was April 14, and Diamond was her birth stone. Diamonds for April babies!
