Naming the breed would have been better than a guess at nicknames none of which are official but artificial.

Many years ago I saw Komondors at dog shows. Their size is impressive and their coat is memorable. It looks like the one in the picture is in need of grooming (bathing); as klmilles said, an intensive job. I've never heard any of them called by a nickname.
