Poor question, as no country was mentioned. I guessed that the answer was something to do with the USA and Halloween, but that wasn't mentioned in the question.

I never knew that and it happens to be my birthday too. I guessed on it and I got it right.

The question relates to America and even there the answer is not agreed on. The week before Easter is given in some sources. Outside of there, Valentine's Day surpasses that awful day.
