Centralia is a borough and near-ghost town in Columbia County, Pennsylvania, United States. Its population has declined from 1,000 in 1980 to 5 residents in 2017 because a coal mine fire has been burning beneath the borough since 1962. Centralia, part of the Bloomsburg–Berwick metropolitan area, is the least-populated municipality in Pennsylvania. Centralia is also a highly visited tourist attraction with thousands of visitors annually.

Yes, and only you could make a big deal over nothing as long as it means putting down the US. At least they've found a way to make the most of a bad situation. That's called American ingenuity!
I understand South Africa's woes extend to corruption, poverty, high unemployment, and violent crime significantly restricting South Africans' enjoyment of their rights. Cuts to health and education services also compromised quality and access to these rights. These problems have persisted for years.
