What professional sport did Robert Lee Elder play?

Robert Lee Elder who was born on July 14, 1934 is an American professional golfer. He is best remembered for becoming the first African-American to play in the Masters Golf Tournament in 1975.

Elder's professional career included four PGA Tour titles and eight wins on the Champions Tour. He retired from playing professional golf in 2005.
