Theo Kojak, the bald, lollipop-sucking New York detective who wasn't afraid to bend the rules to bust the bad guys. "Who loves ya baby?", was used not only as a kind gesture with regular citizens but also as a sarcastic statement to some of the bad guys he dealt with.
