What U.S. city flag is displayed in the picture?

The flag of Indianapolis, Indiana was adopted on the 20th of May, 1963. The white star in the middle serves as a symbol of the Soldiers' and Sailors' Monument, while its position in the center reminds us that Indianapolis is the capital of the state. The red field and the white circle within it depict Monument Circle.

The four white stripes symbolizes the city's main streets and the four quadrants of dark blue represent its residential areas.

Good question. If the response to a historical question is 'who cares' as an actual legitimate response to not knowing something... Then none of these questions are relevant because somebody guaranteed doesn't care about it. Who killed Hamilton? Who killed Lincoln? Why did the Wright brothers pick the field they used? All of those questions were of interest to somebody so clearly somebody does. Sounds like spoiled grapes...

I checked, out of curiosity. Buffalo's flag is beautiful, a royal blue with a stormy sea, and lightning bolts and stars around the inner circle, making it look like a snowflake, at first glance. The Dallas flag does have a star. The field itself is mostly red and blue, with a stipe of white The Wichita flag has an Arizona-type star and looks almost nautical, to me.
